Hostal Restaurante Los Olmos

Los Olmos is a family-run guesthouse and restaurant that opened in 1995 on Aguilar's industrial estate. The family raises its own Angus cattle on Palencia Mountains pasture, and that beef is the heart of the grill. They also recommend the PGI milk-fed lamb roasted in a wood-fired oven and the homemade desserts. Monday to Friday there's a set lunch menu with at least four starters and four mains, bread, wine and water included, plus à la carte. There's a café, two dining rooms, a terrace with swings for little ones and easy parking.
