Nune Restaurante

Nune is on the first floor of a building on Plaza España, right in the centre of Aguilar. The kitchen starts from traditional recipes and local, seasonal produce and gives them a contemporary twist, with a menu that changes through the year. The dining room follows the same pared-back idea. If you're vegan, the team can suggest options on request, and there's a broad wine list covering Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Castilla y León, among others. It opens for lunch, and booking ahead is a good idea.
