PNTA is an outdoor activity company based in Ventanilla, a few kilometres from Cervera de Pisuerga, and registered with the regional government as an active tourism centre. Its speciality is guided 4x4 trips along the tracks of the Montaña Palentina Natural Park – the Curavacas area, the Pineda valley, Espigüete and the source of the Carrión – with a guide, telescope and binoculars to look for red deer, wild boar and chamois. From mid-September to mid-October it runs outings to watch and hear the deer rut. It also offers guided walks. The 4x4 trips last about 2.5–3 hours and always need booking, with morning and evening departures.
