Restaurante Taxus

Taxus is the restaurant at the Fuentes Carrionas campsite in Cervera, cooking with fresh, local, seasonal produce. There's an indoor dining room and a covered, heated terrace you can use all year round. The grill takes centre stage: rib steak, lamb chops and skewers, beef tataki and Duroc pork ribs. Local touches include a Cervera black pudding millefeuille and smoked Pisuerga trout carpaccio, and rice dishes can be ordered in advance for two or more. On Friday and Saturday evenings there's a shorter sharing menu.
